Abstract

The article of Prof E. F. Zeer, Doctor of Psychology (Ural State Vocational-Pedagogic University) is devoted to the question of development of innovation research projects in the sphere of vocational - pedagogic education. Among others there is a "Professional personality formation" project, a concept of development of the vocational pedagogic education in modem conditions, an "Proficiency testing of the vocational school personnel by order of the Sverdlovsk region Department" project, a "Higher Worker's Education" project. The author of the article underlines that these research projects were developed with consideration of the latest achievements of German scientists in the sphere of vocational pedagogics, of the works by German scientists on problems of occupation-oriented education, innovation teaching technologies, key qualifications; the experience of the vocational education organization in Germany in the market economy

Der Artikel von Dr. Prof E. F. Seher aus der Uraler Berufspaedagogischen Universitaet (Jekaterinburg) ist der Ausarbeitung von Innovationsforschungsprojekten auf dem Gebiet der berufspaedagogischen Bildung gewidmet. Dazu gehoeren das Projekt "Berufswerden der Persoenlichkeit", das Konzept der Entwicklung von der berufspaedagogischen Bildung unter den gegenwaertigen Verhaeltnissen, das Projekt "Attestierung von Berufsschullehrern nach dem Auftrag des Departments Swerdlowsker Gebiets", das Projekt "Hoehere Bildung von Arbeitern". Der Autor hebt hervor, dass bei der Ausarbeitung dieser Forschungsprojekte grosse Erfahrungen der BRD in der Entwicklung der Berufsbildung unter den marktwirtschaftlichen Verhaeltnissen, Werke von deutschen Berufspaedagogen ueber die Innovationstechnologien in der Ausbildung, Schluesselqualifikationen, handelsorientiertes Lernen etc. beruecksichtigt wurden
