Abstract

В представленной статье рассматриваются вопросы определения понятий «самореализация» и «профессиональная самореализация», особенности профессиональной самореализации социального педагога. Подробно представлены сущность, симптомы и причины возникновения эмоционального выгорания различных специалистов, в том числе социальных педагогов. Эмоциональное выгорание, в свою очередь, рассматривается как фактор, мешающий позитивной профессиональной самореализации социальных педагогов.

The article considers the questions of the definition of «self-realization» and «professional self-realization, especially professional self-realization of a social pedagogue. Shows in detail the nature, symptoms and causes of emotional burnout various professionals, including social workers. Emotional burnout, in turn, is seen as a factor hindering positive professional social workers.
