
В данной статье рассматриваются проблемы недостаточной двигательной активности студенческой молодежи, что отрицательно влияет не только на физическое, но и психическое здоровье обучающихся. Позитивное отношение к физическим нагрузкам, мотивация к занятиям физической культурой и спортом положительно влияют на здоровье, поддерживают психологическое состояние и защищают от умственных перегрузок.
This article discusses the problems of insufficient motor activity of students, which negatively affects not only the physical, but also the mental health of students. A positive attitude to physical exertion, motivation to engage in physical culture and sports have a positive effect on health, maintain a psychological state and protect against mental overload.
