Abstract

The article deals with the psychological aspect of the professional readiness of medical college students for future activity. The article identifies the problem of psychological readiness for professional activity, which is considered by researchers in different ways. The article attempts to consider the possibilities of foresight technologies in the formation of psychological readiness for professional activity. The results of a comparative and correlation analysis of the study of the components of psychological readiness among medical college students are presented. The results of the study make it possible to develop foresight technologies considering the identified indicators, this, in turn, enables to introduce foresight technologies into the educational process of preparing students of a medical college for forming an image of a professional future; the ability to predict and simulate various scenarios of implementing professional activities; solving complex professional problems in the process of education, preventing professional risks.

Рассмотрен психологический аспект профессиональной готовности студентов медицинского колледжа к будущей деятельности. Обозначена проблема психологической готовности к профессиональной деятельности, которая рассматривается исследователями с различных точек зрения. Предпринята попытка изучить возможности форсайт-технологий применительно к формированию психологической готовности к профессиональной деятельности. Представлены результаты сравнительного и корреляционного анализов, проведенных в ходе исследования компонентов психологической готовности у студентов медицинского колледжа, которые позволяют разработать форсайт-технологии с учетом выявленных показателей, что в свою очередь дает возможность внедрить в образовательный процесс подготовки студентов медицинского колледжа форсайт-пехнологии для формирования у обучающихся образа профессионального будущего; прогнозирования и моделирования различных сценариев реализации профессиональной деятельности; решения в процессе обучения сложных профессиональных задач, предупреждения профессиональных рисков.
