Abstract

The problem of assessment of general competencies of students of organizations of secondary vocational education in the process of passing industrial internship is considered. It is proposed to use an extreme method of assessment, based on objective observation of the behavior of students by the head of practice from the enterprise and the head of practice from the educational organization. The advantages of this method are disclosed: effective and qualitative fulfillment of the requirements of educational standards in the field of control of development of competences, as well as reduction of time and labor costs. It shows a positive dynamics of influence of assessment of general competencies on subsequent employment of graduates of technical school and adaptation at the workplace.
