Управление научно-инновационным потенциалом: региональный аспект : монография

Abstract

Излагаются основы теории инноваций, методологические аспекты исследования научно-инновационного потенциала, механизмы управления научно-техническими инновациями, содержание и приоритеты государственной инновационной политики в условиях перехода экономики в России к инновационному типу развития. Анализируются региональные проблемы и перспективы развития научно-инновационного потенциала. Большое внимание уделено вопросам формирования региональной инновационной политики на примере отдельных территорий Уральского и Сибирского федеральных округов. Развивая общую логику изложения обозначенной темы, авторы дополнили материал глоссарием основных терминов и понятий инновационной сферы, комментариями основных законодательных актов по регулированию инновационной деятельности. Рекомендовано к изданию Учебно-методическим объединением по профессионально-педагогическому образованию для слушателей факультетов повышения квалификации, студентов, аспирантов, преподавателей и других профессионально-педагогических работников
