Abstract

The article presents an analysis of legal documents regulating the processes of socio-cultural adaptation of foreign citizens, including the issue of learning Russian as a foreign language; it describes the problems and difficulties arising in the process of adaptation, as well as the interaction of foreign citizens with representatives of state institutions of the Russian Federation. The communicative difficulties of interaction between foreigners who do not speak Russian are considered. The necessity of making changes at the legislative level in the process of socio-cultural adaptation of this category of people, taking into the account the study of Russian as a foreign language, is described.

В статье представлен анализ нормативно-правовых документов, регулирующих процессы социокультурной адаптации иностранных граждан, в том числе и вопрос изучения русского языка как иностранного; описаны проблемы и сложности, возникающее в процессе адаптации, а также взаимодействия иностранных граждан с представителями государственных учреждений Российской Федерации. Рассмотрены коммуникативные трудности взаимодействия иностранцев, не владеющих русским языком. Описана необходимость внесения изменений на законодательном уровне в процесс социокультурной адаптации данной категории лиц.
