Abstract

Формирование модели креативного образования менеджеров возможно только на основании целостного и системного осмысления новых контекстов социальной и культурной действительности XXI века. В статье рассматриваются социокультурные основания креативного образования менеджеров с позиций социально-профессионального, социально-когнитивного (управление знаниями), социально-ресурсного подходов

The paper considers the socio-cultural requirements to creative education of managers, socio-professional, socio-cognitive (knowledge management), manpower resource approaches being applied. In order to model creative education of managers one should take into consideration new social and cultural contexts of the XXI century
