В рамках исследования были рассмотрены ключевые аспекты и преимущества организации внутрифирменного обучения. Изучены различные направления, с помощью которых российские компании осуществляют обучение, а также системы обучения, которые эффективно используются фирмами.
This article was devoted to the analysis of the Russian experience of in-house vocational education. The study examined the key aspects and advantages of organizing in-house training. The various areas through which Russian companies provide training, as well as the training systems that are effectively used by firms, have been studied.
