
The article discusses the training of specialists of the personnel reserve of the enterprise, the features of the structural and content model of this training in the context of the introduction of e-learning and distance learning technologies into the preparation process, the results of experimental research work are presented.
Рассматриваются аспекты подготовки специалистов кадрового резерва предприятия, особенности структурно-содержательной модели этой подготовки в условиях внедрения в процесс подготовки электронного обучения и дистанционных образовательных технологий. Приводятся результаты опытно-поисковой работы.
