Abstract

The article states the need to ensure a high level of human resources for the vocational education system and it requires constant monitoring of the difficulties (deficits) that teachers face in their professional and pedagogical activities. The article presents the results of a study of professional and pedagogical deficits of vocational education teachers. The article provides the analysis and interpretation of the relationships (correlations) between the identified deficits and factors influencing both their formation (professional experience) and replenishment (advanced training programs based on individual trajectories).
