Abstract

В статье проводится анализ управления организациями физкультурно-спортивной направленности, выделяются основные проблемы. Сделан вывод, что несовершенство системы управления и государственной поддержки оказывает отрицательное воздействие на физкультурно-спортивную сферу. В нашей стране не проработана система стандартизации и сертификации физкультурно-оздоровительных и спортивных услуг, аттестации физкультурно-спортивных учреждений и организаций. Нуждается в совершенствовании и единая система подготовки, переподготовки, повышения квалификации, сертификации и аттестации руководителей и специалистов физкультурно-оздоровительной сферы

The article deals with the management of organizations in sports, highlights the major problems. It is concluded that the imperfection of the management system and government support has a negative impact on physical culture and sports sphere. In our country not developed system of standardization and certification of physical fitness and sports services, certification of physical culture and sports institutions and organizations. Needs to be improved and unified system of training, retraining, advanced training, certification and attestation of managers and specialists of the sports and recreation sector
