The article makes an attempt to analyze the modern topic of research in the sector of physical culture and sports, analyzes the features of the physical culture activity of an individual aimed at himself, where personal and social interests of people are balanced. The purpose of the work was to determine the favorable conditions necessary for the formation of a healthy and active nation. It is proved that the most important specific function is the role of physical culture in the health preservation of the younger generation. It follows from this that there is great importance in the formation of the mass consciousness of a modern person for a healthy lifestyle, beauty, body and health.

В статье сделана попытка анализа современной темы исследований в секторе физической культуры и спорта, проведен анализ особенностей физкультурной деятельности личности. направленный на самого себя, где уравновешены личные и социальные интересы людей. Целью работы явилось определение благоприятных условий необходимых для формирования здоровой и активной нации. Доказано, что важнейшей специфической функцией является роль физической культуры в здоровьесбережении подрастающего поколения.
