Mediation is one of the best means (or even the only one) that can not only solve the problem of conflict situations in school, but it has a significant impact on atmosphere of the educational process, instills a sense of security in children and teach them to accept the views and beliefs of other people.

В статье говорится о необходимости внедрения в каждое образовательное учреждение медиативных технологий решения конфликтов.
