The paper presents the experience of implementing digital solutions in the educational process of Universities on the example of the basic course of physics of educational programs for students of all forms of education in engineering specialties of the RSVPU, UrFU. The shortcomings of the use of distance learning technologies and the possibility of their elimination by the introduction of a hybrid learning format are shown, in which the educational process is organized simultaneously in two environments - in person, in the classroom, and in a virtual digital learning space. The main advantages and specifics of the introduction of hybrid format methods are demonstrated.
