
The article is devoted to the process of reviving the mentoring model in the system of secondary vocational education, issues of interaction between a manufacturing enterprise and an educational organization. The necessity of introducing a mentoring model as an "employer-student" is considered. The article highlights the relevance and problematic issues that arise in the process of implementing this form of mentoring.

Рассмотрена необходимость внедрения модели наставничества как «работодатель-студент».
