Abstract

The article deals with the issues of using theory of generations as a methodological basis for designing the professional training content of future specialists. It is proved that modern students (Generation Z and Generation Alpha) more quickly acquire the educational material prepared and presented through digital resources and services. The article describes features of thinking of “zoomers” and “alphas” and identifies the main problems of professional training of digital generation representatives. The importance of rethinking and redesigning educational content for presenting it in modern digital ecosystem of the university is revealed.
