Abstract

The article actualizes the issue of the importance of a new perception and functioning of methodological associations of educators. The author analyzes fundamentally new aspects of the provision on the regional system of scientific and methodological support for teachers and managers in the Novosibirsk region. The definition of clear, in the opinion of the author, criteria and indicators for assessing the quality of scientific and methodological support of municipal methodological associations will allow building a clear, productive interaction. The author pays special attention to the conscious position of the teacher in the process of building a model of methodological support and support.

В статье актуализируется вопрос важности нового восприятия и функционирования методических объединений работников образования. Автор анализирует принципиально новые аспекты положения о региональной системе научно-методического сопровождения педагогических работников и управленческих кадров Новосибирской области. Определение четких, по мнению автора, критериев и показателей оценки качества научно-методического сопровождения муниципальных методических объединений позволит выстроить продуктивное взаимодействие. Автор уделяет особое внимание осознанной позиции учителя в процессе выстраивания модели методического сопровождения и поддержки.
