Abstract

В работе рассмотрены субъективные предпосылки личностной автономии – способности к адекватному использованию индивидуальных потенциальных возможностей при разрешении проблемных ситуаций в процессе деятельности или взаимодействия с внешним социальным пространством. Важной предпосылкой личностной автономии субъектов индивидуальной предпринимательской в различных сферах жизнедеятельности является ответственность, которую необходимо формировать в процессе профессиональной подготовки будущих бизнесменов

The paper deals with the subjective preconditions of personality autonomy as an ability of the subject to use appropriately and develop potential in solving problem situations in the activities and interaction with the external world. One of the premises of the autonomy of sole traders is their resposibility, the latter to be formed duting vocational training of future businessmen
