Психофизические особенности выбора вида спорта в индивидуализации физической подготовки студентов вузов

Abstract

In the article the author considers the features of choosing a sport or a system of physical exercises in the aspect of psychology. The author analyzed the theoretical foundations of the connection between the purpose of classes and the choice of a sport, provided recommendations for different types of temperament, conducted a survey among students to identify their motives in choosing a sport, and also considered the focus of different sports on the development of certain physical qualities. Keywords : physical education, sport, psychophysiology of sport, temperament, motivation, focus, health, physical activity.

В статье автор рассматривает особенности выбора вида спорта или системы физических упражнений в аспекте психологии. Автором проанализированы теоретические основы связь цели занятий с выбором вида спорта, приведены рекомендации для различных типов темперамента, проведено анкетирование среди студентов для выявления их мотивов в выборе спорта, также рассмотрена направленность различных видов спорта на развитие тех или иных физических качеств.
