Abstract

The paper deals with the place of academic writing within the system of academic language skills development. The importance of academic writing is determined by the media revolution. Written academic competence may promote the integration of Russia into the international education media and promotes the Russian education competitiveness. В статье рассматривается место академического письма в системе развития академических языковых навыков, обусловленное медийной революцией. Формирование письменной академической компетенции может способствовать интеграции России в международную образовательную среду и повышению конкурентоспособности российского образования.
