Abstract
It is well known that carcinogen and mutagens act through oxidatives mechanisms that they damage to the DNA, in this research we evaluate the protective capacity of Myrciaria dubia “camu camu” in vitro in an system constituted by cellular line CHO - K1 of ovary of hamster chinese Cricetulus griseus as well as in a system in vivo with Drosophila melanogaster. For test the genotoxicity and antigenotoxicity in vitro we used the aberrations chromosomal Test (AC) we used “camu camu” 3 doses (1,0; 5,0; 10,0) that presented minor citotoxicity, by peroxide (H202) co-treatment for 30 minutes of exposition and for the test in vivo it was used Somatic Mutation and Recombin...
