Abstract
En este artículo se revisa el constructo de autoeficacia, se exponen algunos elementos centrales del concepto que presentan algunos hallazgos de importancia en relación con conductas generales de salud y con las conductas específicas del ejercicio, el estrés y control del dolor. Las distintas investigaciones avalan la relevancia de la auto-eficacia en las conductas presentadas.
