Abstract

Presento, como contribución, este trabajo sobre un capítulo de tanto interés en la práctica médica. Ictericia y Hepatopatías. Como si se dijera: Albuminuria y Nefropatía. La semejanza es exacta.La Ictericia es un problema multiforme. Desde Claudio Bernard, a quien se debe la aclaración de muchos problemas de Fisiología y la sucesión de experimentadores como Ha- not, Gílbert, Chauffard, Wídal. Lancereaux, Roger, Brulé, Abramí, Naunyn, Mínkowsky, Mann, Magath, Eppínger, Watzel y otros, después de más de 50 años de obrerismo científico, por fin, podemos decir que se ha llegado a la meta en lo que concierne al estudio de las Ictericias y todavía hay puntos sobre los cuales no hay uniformidad de criterios.
