La víctima en los delitos sexuales
En el presente trabajo, expondremos generalidades de la víctima dentro de los delitos sexuales, o más específicamente hablando sobre alguno de los crímenes más relevantes en doctrina que tiene como objeto de afectación el bien jurídico tutelado “libertad sexual”: la Violación, el Incesto y el Estupro.Posteriormente, analizaremos brevemente las consecuencias psicológicas del delito sexual.Finalmente, nos avocaremos al polémico tema de la posibilidad de reparación de los delitos contra la libertad sexual.
