Abstract

El presente trabajo fue elaborado en el marco del Proyecto de Investigación «Estrategias para el Desarrollo del Arca Puerto La Plata: Estudio para la Optimización y Racionalización del Uso y Explotación del Patrimonio Construido». (Resolución CIC 967/ 96). Equipo de Trabajo: Arq. Cristina E. Vitalone -Investigador CIC-; Arq. Alfredo L. Conti; Arq. Jorge E. Rodríguez -Doc. Inv. UNLP; Mario Flosi -Becario CIC-; Silvina Auge -Becario CIC.-. Esta contribución apunta a la discusión de los problemas vinculados a la rehabilitación del patrimonio cultural del puerto La Plata que se encuentra, en la actualidad, en un estado deficitario que amenaza con llevarlo a una total obsolescencia.
