Abstract

Статья посвящена особенностям репрезентации категории эмотивности как компонента воздействующей функции в англоязычных заголовках современных публицистических произведений (сайт https://www.theguardian.com/international за период времени с конца 2019 до начала 2020 г.). Категория эмотивности рассматривается в её проявлениях преимущественно на композиционно-синтаксическом уровне. Приведены конкретные примеры, иллюстрирующие обращение авторов к таким средствам на вышеупомянутом уровне. = The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the category of emotivity representation as a component of the appealing function in terms of the English-speaking headlines of modern publicistic texts (website https://www.theguardian.com/international for the period of late 2019 to early 2020). The category of emotivity is considered in all its forms at the compositional-syntactic level. Actual examples illustrating the authors' appeal to such means are given at the abovementioned level.
