Abstract

В работе рассмотрена модель нелинейного резистора, содержащего емкость и нелинейное сопротивление. Приведены коэффициенты для выбора параметров модели. In work the model of the nonlinear resistor containing capacity and nonlinear resistance is considered. Ratios for a parametres selection of model are resulted.
