Abstract

Рассматривается технологический процесс механической обработки прокатных валков. Выполнен анализ производительности токарной обработки и обдирочного шлифования на станках разной мощности или ленточного шлифования дефектного слоя с последующим точением. Определен наиболее целесообразный метод черновой механической обработки. In this article concerned technological process of mill roll machining. Analysis of productivity is performed. Rough turning and snag grinding on the machines of different power; strap grinding of scale layer with turning are compared. On the basis of analysis most effective method of mill roll rough machining is specified.
