Проанализирован субъектный состав социального партнерства. Приведен анализ моделей представительства интересов работников в сфере социального партнерства. На основе сравнительного правового анализа выявлена наиболее эффективная из них. In this article, the subject composition of social partnership is analyzed. The analysis of models of representation of the interests of employees in the field of social partnership is given. Based on a comparative legal analysis, the most effective of them is clarified.
