Abstract

A topical issue in the development of cooperation between Russian Federation and Belarus Republic in scientific and technical areas is the process of building the synchronisation of legal regulation of the development of outer space and celestial bodies in their national legal orders. The author substantiates the conclusion that although the existing rich experience of co-operation between the allied states in space contributes to modern achievements in this sphere, for further progress it is necessary to create a system of agreements between the subjects of the Union State aimed at regulating interstate relations in the sphere of lunar exploration.
