
Посвящена средствам реагирования контролирующих (надзорных) органов в сфере земельных отношений. Отмечена проблема некорректного закрепления норм о предписании в актах законодательства, что снижает эффективность контролирующих (надзорных) органов при осуществлении своих полномочий. Предложены пути ее решения. The article is devoted to the means of reaction of controlling (supervisory) bodies in the field of land relations. The author notes the problem of incorrect consolidation of regulations on prescribing in legislative acts, which reduces the effectiveness of regulatory (supervisory) bodies in the exercise of their powers; solutions are proposed.
