This article deals with the possibility of Ukrainian people contribution in to all-European and world treasure of victory over Nazism shown on the base of scientific facts. The rebuff of the V. Putin’s attempts to change the history of German-Soviet war, to magnify positively participation of Russia in this war are presented. The criminal essence of «Ruscism» and its origins are exposed. The author proposes the new scientific assessments of the Second World War events. V. Putin is characterized as the chief criminal of the beginning of XXI century.
