Different models of organizational justice and its types diagnostics are analyzed. The questionnaires "Distributive and procedural justice" (P. D. Sweeney, D. B. Mc Farlin) and "Distributive, Procedural and Interactive Justice" (B. P. Niehoff, R. H. Moorman) is considered for Russian-language adaptation version of this method. The article focuses on the procedure of adaptation of the questionnaires for Russian-speaking people performed under authorization of the copyright holder. Psychometric examination of Russian-language variant of questionnaire shows that this method meets minimum requirements to research methods and may be used precisely for these purposes.
