Интерактивные государственные услуги. Суть, перспективы, проблемы

Abstract

Рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с оказанием государственных интерактивных (электронных) услуг в рамках концепции «Электронное правительство». Предлагается подход, основанный на использовании унаследованных информационных систем и сервисной шины. Сформулированы проблемы нормативной базы, препятствующие построению таких систем.
