«Больное место»: эпистемологические импликации современных медицинских практик

Abstract

В статье рассматривается проблема соотношения частного и общего, локального и целостного в патологическом процессе, актуализованная сегодня общей патологией как наиболее философической областью медицинских знаний. Основное внимание сосредоточено на прослеживании этапов на пути локальной интерпретации топоса болезни современным медицинским знанием, пути, начатом патологической анатомией и получившем свое развитие в молекулярной медицине. Рассматриваются аргументы критиков локализма и сторонников акцентуации медицины на регуляторных способностях организма как целого. Также в статье локализм трактуется как следствие философской установки на репрезентацию, представление сущего и, соответственно, поднимается вопрос о поиске медицинских технологий, релевантных субрепрезентативной целостности организма.
