Формирование информационной инфраструктуры в контексте развития инновационной деятельности

Abstract

This article is devoted to determining the role played by an information infrastructure in the development of innovative activity in the region. Structural organization of an innovative and information infrastructure is ascertained to be represented by functional, sectoral, spatial, organazing-management, and social relations. The stages of formation of an information infrastructure in accordance with unbiassed prerequisites are identified on the basis of analysis of this infrastructure performed in terms of innovations. The problems of formation of an innovative infrastructure are identified and classified.

Cтатья посвящена определяющей роли информационной инфраструктуры в процессе развития инновационной деятельности в регионе. Установлено, что структурная организация инновационной информационной инфраструктуры представлена функциональными, отраслевыми, пространственными, организационно-управленческими, социальными связями. На основе анализа развития информационной инфраструктуры с инновационных позиций выделены этапы ее становления в соответствии с объективными предпосылками. Выделены и классифицированы проблемы формирования инновационной инфраструктуры.
