Gromphadorhina portentosa

Abstract

Gromphadorhinaportentosa hemocytes motility has been studied in the presence of incubation in various conditions. Morphological changes of hemolymph formed elements are distinguished in performing phagocytic functions. It is testified that fluorescence intensity of hemocytes increase having heterogeneous objects in the environment. The fluorescence intensity allows us to speak about high energy requirements to recognize heterogeneous objects and to participate in phagocytosis.
