Abstract

The article reveals the stages of information and their influence on the development of human society. Computerization is seen as an evolutionary stage. Information and economic revolution described as spasmodic stage of human development. The most significant factors hindering economic development in Russia: the absence of approved methods of economic analysis of intellectual property that hinders their commercialization and development of market information; lack of skills in new information technologies specialists in the field of management; underdeveloped innovation infrastructure. This article describes the reasons for increasing the value of information and information resources. Article notes that of the means of transmission of knowledge or data to become information resource production, means it changes the goods. Article points out the importance and role of innovative technologies in the development of society.

Статья раскрывает этапы информатизации и их влияние на развитие человеческого общества. Информатизация рассматривается как эволюционный этап. Информационные и экономические революции описаны как скачкообразный этап развития человечества. Выделены наиболее значимые факторы сдерживающие экономическое развитие в России: отсутствие утвержденных методов экономического анализа объектов интеллектуальной собственности что тормозит их коммерциализацию и развитие информационного рынка; недостаточная квалификация по новым информационным технологиям специалистов в области управления; неразвитая инновационная инфраструктура. Статья описывает причины, по которым возрастает значение информации и информационных ресурсов. Статья отмечает, что из средства передачи знаний или данных информация становиться ресурсом производства, средством его изменения, товаром. Статья отмечает значение и роль инновационных технологий в развитии общества.
