Abstract

В статье рассматривается понятие «психолого-педагогическое сопровождение» в контексте обоснования его необходимости в условиях модернизации профессионального образования. Отражается процесс профессионального становления студентов в учреждениях среднего профессионального образования. Представлены формы и содержательное наполнение компонентов процесса психолого-педагогического сопровождения на основе целевых установок этапов профессионального становления. Содержание сопровождения определяет целостную деятельность участников образовательного процесса, направленную на создание психолого-педагогических условий для успешного обучения и профессионального развития студентов в процессе профессионального образования. Психолого-педагогическое сопровождение представляется чрезвычайно перспективным направлением деятельности, и с точки зрения осмысления целей, и задач профессионального образования, и с точки зрения разработки конкретной модели деятельности образовательного учреждения, реализация которой позволит более глубоко изучить особенности и проблемы образовательного процесса, выработать эффективные управленческие решения, стимулирующие повышение качества образования, что в конечном итоге приведет к высокому уровню адаптации студентов к профессиональной деятельности, сформированности профессионального сознания, повышению конкурентоспособности и востребованности выпускников.

The article is devoted to the psycho-pedagogical support notion research in the context of its need explanation in the professional training modernization conditions. The process of students professional training formation in secondary education institutions is presented. The forms and content filling of psycho-pedagogical support process components on the basis of professional formation stages purposes are represented. The content filling of support determines an educational process participants complete activity, which create psycho-pedagogical conditions for the successful training and students professional development. The psycho-pedagogical support is represented as a very perspective activity direction for the professional training purposes and tasks understanding and for the educational institution activity concrete model development, the realization of the latter helps to understand features and problems of educational process, to make effective administrative decisions for the education quality improvement, all these facts help to improve students professional activity adaptation level, to create professional consciousnesses, to increase competitiveness and graduates opportunity to get a job.
