В статье описывается проект модели личностно развивающего и компетентностно ориентированного образовательного процесса в вузе, обеспечиваемого преобразованием содержательных и процессуальных компонентов на основе закономерностей, открытых классиками психологии, педагогики, и с помощью технологий и механизмов, установленных современными исследователями.

The article describes a project of higher school education focused on development of students’ personality and competencies by reforming of the content and the process components on the basis of regularities disclosed by the classical psychologists and educators and with introduction of technologies and mechanisms established by the modern researchers.
