В поисках эффективного лидерства (учебный кейс)

Abstract

Кейс предназначен для обсуждения вопросов, связанных с лидерством в современной организации: особенностей разных типов лидерства, отношения лидера и последователей, мотивации, формирования высокоэффективного коллектива. В основу кейса положена история становления медицинской клиники. Является ли лидерство бессменного руководителя клиники эффективным? С одной стороны, международная известность клиники, развитая научная база; с другой методы управления, основанные на прессинге, эффект психологического выгорания ключевых управленцев, формирование «культа личности» руководителя. Кейс позволяет провести дискуссию об ответственности лидера и последователей за ту рабочую среду, которая складывается в организации, о целесообразности и перспективности различных лидерских стилей в эпоху знаний.

The case is designed to discuss questions connected with leadership in a modern organization: features of different leadership types, relationships between the leader and their followers, motivation, forming a highly effective crew. The case is based on a story of a medical clinic development. Is leadership of its continuous leader effective? On the one hand, there is the clinic’s international reputation as well as substantial scientific basis, on the other hand leading methods, based on pressing, burning out of the key staff and forming a cult of the leader’s personality. The case allows to discuss the leader and followers’ responsibility for the working environment in the company, expediency and perspectives of different leadership styles in the knowledge era.
