Abstract

Метод сравнительной геномной гибридизации на микроматрицах — современный высокоэффективный подход, позволяющий осуществлять полногеномное сканирование хромосомного дисбаласа. В статье описаны возможности метода и приведены примеры диагностики наследственной патологии с его использованием.

ACGH is a modern and highly efficient approach for full-genomic scanning of wide spectrum of chromosomal disbalance. Here, we discuss diagnostic capabilities of aCGH and give examples of diagnostic cases.
