Abstract

In article author considered the motive of affection as the case phenomenon in the Russian literature, studied various approaches in treatment of motive both domestic, and foreign literary critics. In the theory of motive scientists allocate semantic, morphological, dichotomizing, thematic and psychological approaches. The semantic point of view accents the main property of motive its indecomposable. Morphological assumes the appeal to motive as logical design. The dichotomizing look investigates motive and as unit of art language, and as unit of artistic speech. The thematic treatment connects motive and a work subject. The psychological position concludes thought of conditionality of motive psychologically whole narration. S. N. Sergeyev-Tsensky acts as the successor of traditions of F. M. Dostoyevsky. Author paid attention to motive of affection and its realization in F. M. Dostoyevsky and S. N. Sergeyev-Tsensky's creativity. Author presented the affection in several positions: as the iconographic plot allusionally directed to the image of the Mother of God with the baby; and as an emotional variation of concept happeness and sadeness, not having similar conditionality. In F. M. Dostoyevsky and S. N. Sergeyev-Tsensky's creative heritage they focused attention to transformation an emotion→antiemotion as a result of depreciation of a role of the woman in a family, her losses of spiritual moral guidelines. Such concepts as «kids with the handle» (F. M. Dostoyevsky) and «to go to slices» (S. N. Sergeyev-Tsensky) which ideological and art basis is the orthodox dogma are subject to the detailed analysis. The special attention is directed to regress of the family relations, transition from «casual family» Dostoyevsky to «fateful family» to S. N. Sergeyev-Tsensky.
