Abstract

Статья посвящена рассмотрению круга лиц, являющихся субъектами инвестиционной деятельности, и их правового положения. Проведен анализ сущности понятий инвестор, заказчик, подрядчик, пользователь объектов инвестиционной деятельности и их экономических связей. Особое внимание уделяется государству, которое выступает, с одной стороны, как инвестор, а с другой как носитель властных полномочий.

This article is a review of a range of people who are subjects of investment activity and of their legal status. There is an analysis of the notions of investor, customer, contractor, user of objects of investment activity and their economic links. Special attention is devoted to the state, which is an investor on the one hand and authority on the other
