ОБЗОР ОПЫТА РАЗВИТИЯ ВОЕННО-ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОЙ ОРИЕНТАЦИИ В СССР (НА ПРИМЕРЕ ВОРОНЕЖСКОЙ ОБЛАСТИ)

Abstract

The article discusses the issues of military-vocational guidance in various institutions and public organizations of the Soviet Union (on the example of Voronezh region). The basic directions of development of orientation to military service in the country. Describes the evolutionary development of the list of military specialties that are in demand in specific historical situations, in view of the complexity of military equipment. Presents the activity of primary organizations and other special institutions for the training of youth for military service in various specialties. Highlight some aspects of the development of the national system of military education. Stated background and reasons for the creation of the Suvorov military schools. This description of their activities in terms of preparing young people for the military profession. Presents excerpts from the memoirs of the former pupils of the Voronezh Suvorov military school. Chronologically describes the stages of formation and development of organizations osoaviahima (DOSAAF ROSTO) and the Voronezh Suvorov military school. The activities of secondary schools, military camps, clubs and groups in the context of considered issues.

В статье рассматриваются вопросы военно-профессиональной ориентации в различных учреждениях и общественных организациях Советского союза (на примере Воронежской области). Выявлены основные направления развития ориентации на военную службу в стране. Описано поэтапное эволюционное развитие перечня воинских специальностей, востребованных в конкретных исторических условиях, в виду усложнения военной техники. Представлена деятельность первичных организаций и других специальных учреждений по подготовке молодежи к военной службе на различных специальностях. Освещены некоторые аспекты развития отечественной системы военного образования. Указаны предпосылки и причины создания Суворовских военных училищ. Дано описание их деятельности в плане подготовки молодых людей к военной профессии. Представлены выдержки из воспоминаний бывших воспитанников Воронежского Суворовского военного училища. Хронологически описаны этапы становления и развития организаций ОСОАВИАХИМа (ДОСААФ, РОСТО) и Воронежского Суворовского училища. Представлена деятельность общеобразовательных школ, военно-спортивных лагерей, клубов и секций в контексте рассматриваемой проблематики.
