
In this article examined the problem of bringing traditional scientifi c apparatus of Kazakhstan in accordance with generally accepted system of pedagogical concepts. In particular, knowledge paradigm of education should be revised in the position of a competence approach in Europe. In connection with this proposed indicators competence of students of medical Universities, while their working with diagnostic, therapeutic medical equipment, as well as competence in the scientifi c research, pedagogical and etc. work. On the basis of the research there were defi ned 13 indicators for work with therapeutic technique, 7 indicators for carrying out of scientifi c-research work, 9 for educational and 10 for the organizational and managerial work.
В статье рассмотрена проблема приведения традиционного казахстанского научного аппарата в соответствие с общепринятой в Европе системой педагогических понятий. В частности, знаниевая парадигма образования должна быть пересмотрена с позиции компетентностного подхода. В связи с этим предложены показатели компетенции студентов медвузов при работе с диагностической, терапевтической медицинской техникой, а также компетенции при научно-исследовательской, педагогической работе и т.д. На основе исследований были определены 13 показателей для работы с терапевтической техникой, 7 показателей для проведения научно-исследовательской работы, 9 для педагогической и 10 для организационно-управленческой работы.
