Abstract

The article considers the history, the role and the development process of the Paralympics and the Special Olympic movements. The author discusses the questions of enculturation and socialization of people with disabilities, their participation in the development of the Paralympics and the Special Olympic movements. Such a multimodal form of artistic activities as festivals “Sports and Creativity” and “Wind of Hope”is a phenomenon of self-fulfillment and development of a well-balanced personality at the modern stage of humanization of the disabled people movement.

В статье отображается история, роль и процесс развития Паралимпийского и Специального Олимпийского движений, вопросы инкультурации и социализации лиц с ограниченными возможностями здоровья, их участия в развитии данных движений. Мультимодальная форма художественных практик фестивали «Спорт и Творчество» и «Ветер Надежды» как феномен в самореализации и развитии гармоничной личности на современном этапе гуманизации инвалидного движения.
