Abstract

Patients with chronic darmatoveneto logical pathologies are not in the focus of researchers' attention due to their low impact on the overall health indicators. The aim of the study was to investigate the opinion of psoriasis patients on the problems in the provided health care. According to the survey of patients with psoriasis, the rating of dermatological care in the country is not high. Appointments made by clinicians for the most part are not aimed at reducing the risk of comorbid diseases, eliminating negative individual sensations of patients or minimizing the risk of recurrence. The revealed failures in the provision of medical care to patients with psoriasis and in the regulatory documents ask for the need to increase the potential for rehabilitative actions, including physical therapy, effective clinical follow-up, etc, the improvement of the legal framework, clarifying the protocols and standards of patient management, especially in outpatient settings.
