Организационное строение крупных корпораций как фактор стимулирования (сдерживания) их инновационного развития

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются различные варианты организационного дизайна крупных корпораций (бизнес-групп). Анализируются наиболее распространенные формы ведения бизнеса (унитарная, дивизиональная, адхократическая, модульная и сетевая), их сильные и слабые стороны. Проводится исследование возможных правовых, организационных, структурных и управленческих конфигураций крупных корпораций. Обсуждается влияние организационного строения на возможности инновационного развития корпораций.
